2007 - How do I add the accept button in the respond menu?

Trying to accept a new subscription to a calendar. I have no accept button
and the directions to Add Net Folder feature dont work. Cant locate that
feature as it instructs.

I'm unclear about what you're trying to do or what instructions you're viewing. Outlook 2000 was the last version to have Net Folders.

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2007. However some of my coworkers are still
on 2000. We are trying to share a couple of meeting room calendars that we
used to share when we were all on 2000.

So, now that I'm on 2007, is there no way for us to accomplish this since
they are on 2000?
