Hi Roady,

I have recently upgraded my outlook 200o to 2003, the
present pst file can grow more than 2GB ? it shows
personal folder 97-2002 format.

No, the 97-2002 pst format is still bound 2GB. You need to create a new pst
file in order to get the new limits. (See File > New > Outlook Data File)

Dear
In my case, what should I do to have a 2003 pst file ,I
want to include all of my old pst(OL 2000) file
informations.

Hi Anver,

Once you've created a new pst-file as Neo stated you can move your messages
to this new pst-file (Calendar items can be copied best by using a table
view like By Category). Once you're done with that set it as the default
delivery location so that all new mail will be delivered in the new Outlook
2003 pst-file; Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> button Next. Restart Outlook and
enjoy the benefits of being able to have an immense pst-file (don't forget
to back-up!).

Regards,
