Outlook 2003 Student Teacher Edition should have an option to disable the
automatic startup when booting up your pc or notebook. It's very annoying
having to wait for it to load as well as send and receive emails everytime
you startup your pc or notebook. When you don't want to check your email
right away, it's very frustrating having to wait. Am I the only user that
feels this way.
