I added a new contact in my ABC group under my contacts.
However, when I went to send a message to that new contact,
it didn't show up anywhere where I could access it from TO:
from my new message? How can I make sure that the new
addition to my ABC group also shows up under my contacts?

Is this the normal contact folder? What do you show when you try to access
this Distribution List? What is the "ABC" Group? Is this a Distribution
List? Note-Outlook does not use groups, only DLs.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, its a DL in my Contacts.
When I show the DL the name and email address are listed.
However, as stated before, when I try and access my address
book (contacts) from a new message by clicking on TO:, I can't
access the new addition into my DL? Before installing OL 2003,
each addition into my DL would also be listed in my Contacts when
accessed. The new addition in my DL doesn't list out now in my
Contacts. Of course, from TO:, if you click on the DL, the DL is
listed into the message.

I think you are assuming I know something that you have not stated.

When you say "I can't access the new addition into my DL?"
do you mean that you have added a name to the Distribution List but it does
not show up? What happens if you add the name and the click on Update in
the DL dialog box?

Well, some have updated to the general Contact list but one has not?
Yes, I have tried the Update inside my DL.
Yes, the name and the email address show in the listing in the DL,
however, when I try to send just that person email, I can not access
their name.
