Problem:
We have upgraded our computers. As a result the new ones shipped with
Outlook 2003. When someone saves out a Outlook 2003 it can’t be opened with
Outlook 2002.

Question:
Is there a plugin I could get for Outlook 2002 that would allow me to read
2003 files?
Could 2003 be configured to save as 2002 files?

Regards
Mike S

What do you mean "saves out"? Are you talking about PST files? If you create
a new PST file in Outlook 2003, you can choose either a Unicode PST file or
an Outlook 97-2002 compatible PST file. The Unicode PST file isn't
compatible with Outlook 2002, but the other one is.
