2002-Template Instructions/Notes

A template has been created that also includes instructions on how to use the
different sections. What I need is for users to be able to use the document
and save it as a working .doc file without having those instructions still
appear on it. Normally, I could just tell them to delete the instructions,
but so many sections of the document have instructions that I am hoping to
find a way to just "embed" them so they are seen as you work on the doc
onscreen (and can follow them), but disappear on Save As and/or Print.
 
Format the instructions as Hidden Text and set the Print Options not to
print Hidden Text and have a macro to save the document that also toggles
off the view of Hidden Text.
