2002 outlook emails won't allow url's..

Got 2002 Outlook...if someone sends email...url's won't work..a box pops up
saying extracting then it sez...kb823980 setup update -u-f-n-o-2-q-i....
have used the repair function..and tried reinstalling...no go...
any ideas?

Have you installed all the Windows and Outlook (Office) updates?
