2000 server

Is there a program or a way to uninstall properly a poorly installed program? I can not uninstall MS Money to do a proper install on 2000 server. ie. is there a registry clean program for 2000 server?

Have you tried going into Control Panel/Add Remove Programs? If Money is
listed here, this is the best way to uninstall it.

yeah, I tried that; it will not let me remove it. I even
tried downloading a program called System Mechanic 4 to
clean up poorly installed programs. Still does not work.
Any more ideas?
