I'm trying to configure Outlook 2000 to remove mail from my POP3 mail box
only after I've deleted it from my inbox or deleted mail. The corresponding
settings in Outlook Express are under the Advenced tab, "Remove from the
server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'" is checked.
I do not have this box under Services|Mail Properties nor do I have a
'sychronization' action in my Tools menu.
This is a brand new configuration of Outlook 2000 on this machine. I've been
using Outlook Express up until now.
I want to be able to read mail from either a web client or Outlook. I do not
want Outlook to always remove mail from the server, rather I want Outlook to
remove only after I've deleted or flagged it in some way.
