2000 AD with 2003 DC

Does anyone know if I can set up a Windows Server 2003
server as a DC on a Windows 2000 AD domain?
 
Yes, you can. You will need to run adprep /forestprep on the DC that holds
the FSMO role of Schema Master and once this has replicated to all DCs in
your environment you need to run adprep /domainprep on all of the DCs that
hold the FSMO role of Infrastructure Master in each domain...

Then away you go. Do you have Exchange 2000 in your environment? There are
three 'mangled' attributes that *could* cause a problem in a WIN2000 AD
environment running Exchange 2000 when you run the adprep utilities.
However, no worries as there is a fix for it. Here are the particulars:
