I have two questions. The first is on my sisters computer her daughter has
her own account. But when she is in her account the dialup connection will
not work? Why is this? It works fine on the owners account but I cant use
that connection on my niece's account?

The next question is another friend of mine has XP also. When he first got
it in the help files there was a program in a folder called SBIS which had a
program called Microsoft Interactive Training it taught users how to use XP
and to do basic stuff like copy and paste and so on. But he had to have his
hard drive wiped clean and had to do a reinstallation but for some reason
this program is no longer there? It is on his laptop, and it used to be on
his desktop but not any longer. Why is this and where can you get this
program from? He says it is not on his reinstallation cd's. Can anyone help
me out with this?

I am only guessing, but was an account set up for her under login?

I believe this is an optional load. It would appear that when XP was
re-installed, that option was not chosen. You should be able to load it
after the fact. Do you have the disk?

Depending on the type of account, dial-up may not work.

MIT is only shipped by OEMs and, IIRC, it's a separate disc.
