2 problems

I have had a link problem for a long time and can't solve it.

When I try to access a link on email

I get a window that tells me "IE has encountered a problem and must shut down" (or words to that effect).

The second problem just occurred this morning - I can't access the outlook express newsgroup which I subscribed to for years. There also have been no new messages on it since the 11th of Sept. Veerryy strange!!!

Would appreciate any suggestions.

These are problems concerning Outlook Express - not Microsoft
Access(TM), the database program which is the subject of this
newsgroup.

Try contacting your Internet Service Provider about the newsgroup;
it's possible that your news server is not correctly populating your
OE newsgroup. Or, connect to http://groups.google.com and try browsing
the archive of the newsgroup - you can post to the group from there if
need be.
