2 POP3 Accounts-Error

I am trying to create to yahoo POP3 email accounts in outlook 2003 and the
first one works fine, but the second one give me the error 0x800CCC92 and
says that my user name or password may be wrong. I have verified the user
name and password and they are correct. Can someone assist me in getting the
other one to work correctly? Is this because the system is logging onto the
same server and kicking it back?

That shouldn't be the problem, because Outlook 2003 will only make one
connection to a given server at a time. What is the complete text of the
error message you get? It should include what the server returned, which
will be helpful.

Well, it's pretty clear that the server didn't like your login for some
reason...

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file after you get this error?
 
I realized that I purchased a website through yahoo small business and I am
using that email, so it is a paid account in a way. This one that is not
working is free. May that be the reason why?

Yeah, that seems likely. My understanding is that Yahoo only supports POP3
access to paid accounts.
