2 outllok 2003 behaving differently

I have outlook 2003 installed on desktop and laptop

from desktop outlook2003 the emails as HTML formet goes well while Laptop
outlook is not sending the emails in HTML format....what could be wrong in 2
Outlooks. Both machines have outlook 2003.

I am tracing down the settings and first impression says both are same.
 
Try a second impression and compare all of the dialogs under
Tools->options->mail format tab, especially the International settings under
Fonts.

to simply test I did following

1) created a message added table added data with different color and fonts
2) I sent this email to (e-mail address removed)
3) opened yahoo account in IE 6.0 and I can not see the message the way I
sent, I can not see the table. and other test also got distrubedup...not
well formated....
4) opened Outlook (I have set my (e-mail address removed) to use as pop address), with
in outlook the message looks as it is the way I sent.

interesting thing is that I have set the same Outlook for my pop address and
Exchange and I am using 2 different profiels. If I send the message from
Exchange server then evrything works great. I can get email in my yahoo as
the way I sent and that looks good in IE
