Right-click on My Computer, select Properties, Advanced, System
Start. Here you can select your default starting system, and you
may also wish to reduce the number of seconds to display that
menu.

After this, test the booting thoroughly.

If everything works fine, you can remove the unwanted option by
going to the same place again and clicking on the Edit button.
Here you can remove the unwanted line. But be very careful---a
mistake in editing can render your computer unbootable. If you
mess it up by mistake, don't save.

Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
-or-

In Control Panel, start the Performance and Maintenance tool, and then
click System.
On the Advanced tab, click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
Under System Startup, click Edit.Delete the entry which you don't need.
