2 drives; how to access control panel for E drive?

Attention: Rob Schneider: That's correct, D is my CD
drive. CD runs when placed in
D: drive. So...can you help me?

If the two drives are C: and E:, what exactly is Drive D: ? Sounds like
you already have access to the drivess, and it's just a detail that the
second drive is E:. It probably is that D: is the CD and when you insert
a CD into the drive it works?

You don't access teh drives thru Cotrol Panel. You go thru "My
Computer" Jut open "My Computer" then right-click on the drive icon and
select Properties. There you'll find things like Disk Cleanup.
