2 Contact lists and can't find an address

In my corporate environment, I have 2 contact lists. 1 is on the server and
the other in my .PST on my C: drive.

When I add a new contact it is added to the .PST Contact list, but when I
search for a contact name the system points to the Server contact list and
won't resolve the name. I tried to add another contact list, but Outlook
won't let me and says that I already have one.

How can I add point the contact list to my resolve address from my .PST
Contact list?

What version of Outlook? What is your delivery location?
 
Hi Brian:

I am running Outlook 2000. I am still looking for the answer, however, last
week, they swapped my laptop and I had to start all over again.

Now I Need to add my .pst Contact list again, and can't figure out how. Can
you help on both??

What type of account? Exchange? POP?
