I have 2 computers in a private lan, a one act as the server which
have nfs share to the other. I have Outlook 2000 running on that
server, and I would like to setup in the other one as well, which
share the same local folders. I would run 2 Outlooks at the same time.
So, what's the best way to share the folders this way?

You can't. Outlook requires exclusive read/write access to the entire .pst
file so only one Outlook can be open and accessing the folders at a time.
