2 combo boxes dependent on each other question

2 combo boxes. the second lists items dependent on the choice in the first box.

When both combo boxes are populated and the selection in the first box is
changed, I need to blank out the selection in the second box.

Question, how do I detect when the seelction in the first box has changed?
