1706 error: While converting from CW to IMO

I tried to convert my Outlook to Internet Mode Only from Corporate Workgroup
and followed the instructions correctly. However, for some reason, I'm now
being asked for my Office 2000 Premium CD to reinstall Outlook. I no longer
have the CD. If I had known that changing my Outlook settings would have
deleted it from my computer I wouldn't have done this. Does anyone have any
suggestions? Can Microsoft provide me with the Outlook download? Please
advise. Thanks.
