16 bit windows subsystem

I have had WordPerfect on my computer for two years. Now
today all of a sudden I am getting a message of C:\Windows
System32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable
for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.
Any ideas on how to fix this or what caused it?

Have you come up with any solutions? I have a simular problem running another

what was the cure for the 16-bit windows subsystem fault

If you have, remove wind update from control panel add/remove (Spyware)
Use something like adaware to clean up system
