144k email attachments WHAT IS GOING ON ERRRRRRR

This is insane and I can't stands it no more. My msn email has these,
unknown, unexplainable email attachments that are either 144k or right
around that size and thus clogging the hell outta my email server. With
MSN's new 2mb storage it is creating havoc to use the email. If you go over
the 2mb limit they start rejecting your emails. So people are now emailing
me telling me that my emails they are sending to ME, are now going back to
them. ERRRRRRR, I have class projects and this is my professional EMAIL.
so what is going on. I can't seem to find the answer out on the net.

BILL, STEVE, somebody help me out this is a serious problem and where do I
turn?

NO one they aren't even like regular spam... this is a problem I do know
that I need a way to fix it.... if you go to google and type in 144k email
spam you get a ton of listings. Another problem from Microsoft.
