1394 network

I am trying to connect my laptop (XP Home) to a WIN 2000
computer using a 1394 cable. Things seems fine from the XP
side, but when I try installing, I don't have the reqired
drivers for WIN 2000, it seems. (Microsoft NIC and
Microsoft 1394 are reported with yellow ?)

Any possibility for fixing this?

Win2K does not support IEEE1394 networking. WinXP and WinME do support
IEEE1394 networking.
