12c return failed

I have a Rdeon 9600 pro, I get the 12c return failed message in windows error
log everytime I boot or re-boot, what does it mean? I have all the latest
drivers.

If your running catalyst 6.10 then that's your problem. There was a problem
with 6.10 and it was fixed in version 6.11. Install 6.11 and it will fix you
problem.
