1121: Can not find file resource paths

Hi All


I need to create a componenet that contains files.


I create the componenet, then I add a file.

I create a repository and point it to the correct files.



I then import the SLD file with out any error messages. The repository
i specified is listed and if I physically check the repository folder
the files are there.



When I insert the new component i still get the

1121: Can not find file resource paths message


I have checked that I can access the repository and have no problem
deleting it, so access should not be an issue


Any Ideas?
 
Hi,

Have you associated component that copy files with repository? (You must do this also)

At the Import SLD file menu (of the Component Database Manager) I hav
"copy repository files to repository root" checked
but I still get the warning /error :evil: 1121 in the Targe
Designer "Can not find file resource paths ..." when I drag my objec
into the editor pane

In the Component Designer I have under < my component, Files
added all the drivers necessary for this PCI-card... And unde
Repositories the Source Path points to the directory where thes
drivers reside..

What is still wrong ? :shock:

Eric,

You didn't mention if you have actually accossiated your component with the Repository?
If you haven't, open your component SLD with Component Designer, go and click on the component node and on the right panel find
"Repository" field. Click "Repositories..." button there and find your own Repository in the list.

When you save component's SLD, you will have to re-import it again with Component Database Manager (clear the "copy repository files
to repository root" checkbox this time).
