Sorry for not being specific. I guess it only happens to us.

Email recieved from certain external senders is converted to 100 pt font in
the body of the message.
We are using XP, Outlook 2003, and exchange 2000.

Client configuration is unknown.

Regards,
Todd

Sorry, I'm stumped. What is unique about the senders? All using the same
font? All from a certain company? All from a certain country?

Are you sure the problem isn't on their end? Are you reading your mail with
Word? If so, is your Zoom factor set correctly for those messages?

I would assume that the issue is on their end. I have seen some talk about
Outlook Express; When used as a client, it creates problems.
What concerns me is that we are experiencing the issue from four different
customers.
Which ever end the issue is on, I still have to resolve it.

We are using Word as the reader in outlook 2003. Zoom is set correctly.

Thanks,
Todd

If its only some messages, it shouldn't be zoom (unless its only happening
to RTF messages)... in which case it would likely be the AV scanner on the
recipients side munging it. I'd check the header to see if there is
anything similar in the affected messages - like the mail client or server
used. Checking the source code if the messages are HTML could be helpful.

Oh, and if its only on plain text, tools, options, mail format, stationery
and fonts...
