100% cpu usage

my cpu usage has been 100% for about a week now. first it
was tha svchost.exe, if i close that it becomes the
taskmgr.exe that takes up the usage. i removed numerous
spywares and expected that to be the problem, but my cpu
usage is still high.

If you have run AdAware and Spybot S&D, you should now run HijackThis.
