100% CPU usage by ntvdm

Hi,

Is this a recognised problem? Apparently certain programs cause ntvdm to
take up 100% cpu.

In my case running codeview (cv.exe) in the microsoft assembler package.

Wanna test if you have the same problem? I believe it is released free.

I dont find any knowledge base article about this problem about Windows XP.

what does it say? is it about ntvdm and dos too?

How about if you run it on your comp? (its not a hoax, It is really a
microsoft program)
You get 100% cpu? It is like that as soon as it starts. How much power does
an old
program need?
