It's better to put a shortcut on your Quick Launch bar instead so Outlook
doesn't cause problems during Startup. Then just click on the shortcut when
everything has loaded. This is important especially when you are
troubleshooting Windows.

That defeats the object the OP was after. He wants Outlook to start
AUTOMATICALLY when logging in to Windows. And O2003 puts an icon in
Quicklaunch automatically on installation AFAIK.....
