While writing mails there is no way in specifing whether the mail is official
or un-official. In organisations where official as well as unofficial mail
float we need to specifiy very specific rules to sort out mails. Instead if
the person while writing the mail has the option of selecting whether the
mail he is writing is official or un-official then outlook at the receiving
end can put them in seperate inboxes. The "importance" flag tries to achieve
this but does there is no way to flag a mail according to the contents in it.
