1 computer, 2 users, 2 keyboards, 2 mouses, 2 monitors ?

Hi

I would like to know, if it is possible to have two users at the same time
in WinXP. Can WinXP control two keyboards, mouses and monitors, and have 2
different active users working at the same time with the same installed
software?
