My wife and I share one email address. We have just purchased a second
computer and networked them together. Is there a way to see the emails on
computer #1 from computer #2, or better yet, send the emails from one
computer to the other for "permanent" storage? We are using Outlook 2000
with XP (home and pro). Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

You can store the .pst file on one computer and configure Outlook to look to
that .pst file. However, you can only have one user have Outlook open at a
time under this scenario so you would have to log off for your wife to log
on.

I have the same setup and here's how to do it: Select "leave mail on server" on one or both computers. Both of you can then download copies of email. I have one computer set not to leave messages on server so the server doesn't get clogged, but you can set it for both and tell it to delete from servers after x days.
