Eare there anybody who has a clue regarding a 0xeedfade error?

Basicly, I have WIN XP PRO SP2. When I started an application based on DOS
program (direcw32.exe) I received a error message 0xeedfade that forced me to
close the application.

This equipment runs over a windows Small Business 2003; and we have the same
problem entering as an administrator or user.

Details of this error:
AppNAme: direcw32.exe
AppVer:0.0.0.0
ModName:ntdll.dll
ModVer:5.1.2600.2180
offset 00001010

I have no clue about this problem and I do not know how to fix it...does
anybody have an idea?
