0x80041003 WBEM_E_ACCESS_DENIED

Says I need to get a fix from Microsoft but of course
there is no way to get the fix without calling them and
paying out the nose for them to send me the file...
Anyone have this fix? Here's the article it's mentioned

That was fixed in Service Pack 2 and service packs are free.
