Please when you send in the future asking for Help try to include as much
info as you could as this will help any one to be able to help you.
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.
For Malwares download both these software:

http://www.safer-networking.org ; for Spybot S&D
2- Run a test for the Memory and also try to swap them around and clear any
dust may be in your PC case:
To test your memory download memtest from here:
http://www.memtest86.com/
Please perform one step (1,2) at a time and see if that will help.
Run Disk CleanUp and Defrag in safe mode and if you have a third-party
toolbar try to uninstall it and then reinstall if you want to have it on your
desktop.
