0kb file cannot be deleted!

I have a 0kb exe file on my desktop (from an aborted Bitorrent download) on
my desktop that I can't get rid of. Says it may be in use but as far as I
can tell it's not in use. Any thoughts?

Reboot to Safe Mode and then delete:
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu.
