03 drop menus with out writing code?

I am looking at redoing my site and I am wondering for the 03 versoin if I
wanted to do drop menus like the ones at www.bestbuy.com would I still have
to write the code for it? Or is it like dreamweaver were the software will
do it for me. As far as I know I can not do this in my XP version.

FrontPage 2003 doesn't have a specific Drop Down Menu
component, but thre *are* two new components that you can
use togetether to get the same result. To see what's
