I have a 0 byte file in one of my directories that I cannot delete. It came
from an email attachment I tried to save. When I try to delete it I get the
message "cannot read from" Tried going to the cmd line and it would not
delete from their as well. Thanks.

Very easy to operate and it should delete your file. Hope one of Rocks

Delete your TIF (Temporary Internet Files) & accept the option to delete all
offline content.

Thanks. The thing that worked was installing the powertoy "command line
here" app. Going to cmd and using the old *.*
