Hello Everyone, I'm new to the forums and would like to share an observation
I have observed in the past few days running Windows Defender with the new
version of F-prot antivirus. Prior to installing Windows Defender, F-prot
checked for updates everytime I connected on dialup, after installing Windows
defender with all real time protection agents active as recommended, it
prevents F-prot automatic updates and interval update checks while online, if
I disable real time protection, f-prot updates work properly, I believe the
problem to be the programs auto start protection agent preventing the
automatic updating feature from starting. Has anyone else experienced an
update problem with their antivirus ? Currently I am only running real time
protection agents for the browser, all others are not selected and my
antivirus updates properly. Who or where do I report this ? Thanks.
