VPN connection from wireless XP pro PC via an XP Home PC with ICS

Hi,

We have a home peer to peer network. The PC connected to the broadband
router is running XP Home, and shares the internet connection.

One PC is running XP Pro with SP2. It has a wireless connection, and
connectivity to internet is fine.

However, when I try to set up a VPN connection, it doesn't give me the
option of "dial another connection first" on the "general" tab. The net
result is that the connection "fails". is this something to do with XP pro
and Home incompatibility? The VPN settings have been tested on another (XP
Home) network, and we can definitely connect to the work domain. Is there a
step I'm missing out? Thanks

PS I was under the impression I SHOULDN'T tick the "dial another connection
first" box. I presume this is because it is a broadband connection.

BUT I presume the VPN connection fails because it isn't automatically
dialling out first?
