Unable to connect to single web site

Ok...don't laugh but I am unable to connect to www.hotornot.com. In the past
I had no problem but for some reason, over the last week, I haven't been able
to access the site. Whether I use IE or Firefox it just says "connecting to
www.hotornot.com" and then nothing happens and I get an error message. I
have pinged the site and it comes back with:
Pinging www.hotornot.com

www.hotornot.com A 70.42.252.23

PING www.hotornot.com (70.42.252.23) 56(84) bytes of data.

3 packets transmitted, 3 received, 0% packet loss, time 2002ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 51.006/51.176/51.267/0.287 ms

I'm not sure if that means anything but I have no problem accessing other
web sites so I believe my connection is good. Please advise. Thank you.

The site is up and since you can access all other websites, I'd clear your
browser caches and try again. You may also have some sort of parental
control or Internet security software that has blacklisted the site.

I just checked everything I could think of (I'm using Symantec Endpoint
Protection) and see no indication that any Internet security software has
blacklisted anything. I've also deleted all my Temp Internet files, cookies,
history, etc. and it still doesn't work. It was working last week but all
this week I haven't been able to get it to work. I contacted my ISP (Time
Warner Cable) and they really don't know what to do. Any thoughts? I don't
think it's my connection. Is there a network setting, however, I need to
change?

It isn't your connection or you wouldn't be able to get to any websites.
Therefore there is no network setting to change. Examine all the options in
Symantec Endpoint Protection. That's the only thing I can guess.

I'll keep trying but even when I disable Symantec it still doesn't work.

Without being able to see your computer, I'm out of ideas. Sorry I was
unable to help you.
