system cannot load Xp- msgina.dll failed to load.

i have read both the solution supplied at microsoft site and the other
solution supplied by the forum member. they are not working for me. i tried
to restore the system by going to last known good configuration. instead it
restarts and reports the same problem over and again. i tried to repair with
win xp cd, but the system will just hang at a stage, it won't respond even to
the keyboard. pls what else can i do?
Note: my the problem is stated in the subject above. Thanks in anticipation

I have the same problem with my windows xp which happened after I installed
some security software. I am wondering if you found a solution to this
problem and if so could you please share that info with me? Thanks!
