stand-alone root CA and smart card

Can I with a Stand-Alone CA to request a certificate for an smart
card ? Someone can help me?

Yes you can request and install certificate from Stand-Alone CA to Smart
Card. But you can't (at least in no "humanly" easy way) log on to domain
this way. You can use certificates like this in e.g. loging on to web sites
etc...

Thank you for your help. Can I do it programming? I had read that
there is a library to request a certificate to be issued on a smart
card(Scrdenrl.dll) It's valid with a stand alone CA?
