Run in separate memory space greyed out

We are having issues with Lotus Notes and the fix is to uncheck run in
separate memory space. However, it is greyed out. How can I get to this so I
can uncheck this box on the shortcut?

I have done this and it is still greyed out. I can not uncheck this box.
