Running Windows XP with SP3, all recent security updates. Sony Vaio PCV-RX660
desktop.
I spilled coffee on my mouse (cord, PS2 type) and now I can't double-click
on a file's or directory's icon in order to open it. I have to right-click
and select "open" from
I HAVE checked and changed settings (both click speed and
open-on-double/single click settings) in the Control panel for BOTH the mouse
and Folder Options, and no help. I am wondering if I somehow also corrupted a
driver file or something.
How can I get back to what it was before: Double click opens a file or folder?
