Can anyone decipher the info and advise me on what I need to do to fix this?

TIA

(If MS won't accept support requests without charging first, for mysterious
thiings like this, what good does it do to provide this info to the typical
user? It does not mean anything to me, or indicate what is wrong in a
practical way.)

I am reasonably certain that the Problem Event Name "BEX" refers to a
Browser Extension

I would consider removing any extensions, particularly BHOs like toolbars,
and maybe FLASH.OCX, and then reinstalling one at a time if you still need
it.
