Hi,

I have WinXP Pro computer with two NIC's.

NIC1
192.168.1.2
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1

NIC2
192.168.3.2
255.255.255.0
192.168.3.1

NIC1 is connected to ADSL modem, and NIC2 is connected to ADSL router.

When my DSL - Internet connection through ADSL modem is not active,
VPN is functioning well. After I connect to Internet through ADSL
modem - VPN is blocked.

The problem is that Windows takes 192.168.1.1 as default gateway when
I initiate Internet connection, and then 192.168.3.1 is not active so
I can't connect to VPN.

How to solve that problem?
I need Internet connection and VPN active at the same time.

Thanks

Why do you need two NICs? You should enable VPN host on XP as multihomed computer.

without two NIC's?

In this case, you need to modify the routing table. this case may help,

RoutingOne router goes to the corporation email server and another one goes to the Internet. Symptoms: you have one router connecting to the corporation for email ...
