EXPLORER Error<help please>

OS: Windows Me
IE: 6, SP1

Okay for the past couple of weeks I've been having a problem with my
computer. Mostly everytime I get on the internet after a couple of minutes
of browsing websites and error message pops up that says the following:

EXPLORER has caused an error in RPCRT4.DLL. Explorer will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

------------------- OR ---------------------

EXPLORER has caused an error in MSHTML.DLL. Explorer will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

If anyone know why I am experiencing this problems please write me back at
