Enable cookies for one site?

I regularly use WindowWasher and AdAware and find them very useful.
My bank has recently introduced tighter security and now when I try to log
in it will often tell me it doesn't recognise this PC and I have to go
through a whole rigmarole of verification.
I suspect it may be because WW or AA is removing cookies, would I be right?
If so how can I get WW and/or AA to ignore this particular site when
cleaning cookies?
Before anyone says RTFM I have done!

You would need to see if there are user forums/tech support for those
third-party programs. Also, since you say your bank has recently
introduced tighter security, their webmaster may have disabled
cookie-saving on their site. Before you spend a huge amount of time
troubleshooting the third-party programs, contact your bank and see if
the change is on their end, particularly if you have no problems being
remembered on other websites.
