Matt,
It's a good start and I liked the guide on multi-meter ranging although a few examples of what a reading would look like in different ranges would help to clear things up a little. May I suggest the inclusion of a couple exercises after each lesson for lesson reinforcement and practice in circuit building. Maybe you can structure the exercises so that as you learn and build each exercise at the end you end up with something useful.

Maybe a test bench power supply…;)

That was my original intention, the practical projects start either next time, or in part 3.

I agree that perhaps a few practical examples in the guide would help, I'll take some pics and add when i get round to it. :)

The test bench PSU will be covered in a separate article altogether, but i intend to make a project log of it so you can follow it that way if you like.
